Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: SSA currently ships to Canada, the UK, and Australia by request. For international orders, customers are asked to email their full address along with a screenshot of the items they wish to purchase. Shipping costs range from $12 to $25 USD, depending on whether standard or expedited service is available.

Q: My preorder is taking longer than expected.
A: Preorders may take 4–6 weeks from the release date. If you ordered other items, let us know if you'd like them shipped separately (additional shipping may apply). Otherwise, all items will ship together when the preorder is ready.

Q: Where are my items?
A: Patches and stickers are often packed together to save space and reduce shipping costs. On larger orders, patches may be stacked front-to-back with protective packaging. Please double-check everything in your shipment before reaching out.
Q: Have you served in the military?
A: While not a veteran personally, the past 20 years have been dedicated to building the skills and vision behind Stand Strong Art. This work is a personal calling a way of giving back and honoring those who serve. SSA’s culture is deeply influenced by a legacy of service; the founder’s father served in the 101st and 509th Airborne during Vietnam. His example continues to shape the mission and message of SSA.
Q: Do you believe in Jesus Christ?
A: The journey since has been long and challenging, by God's grace it led to the creation of SSA. Art became a powerful outlet to express faith and encourage others. The hope is that through each piece of art Christ would be glorified in the details. The real battle is the war for your life.
Q: How long has SSA been around?
A: SSA began in 2008, born out of a vision that first took shape while living and working in Hollywood. The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but faith to know this is exactly where God has planted us. Through it all, the focus remains on enjoying the process, working diligently, and staying steadfast. Life is short redeem the time. As long as there is life and breath, the mission continues.

A: SSA is a one-person operation, with constant efforts going into updating the website, improving shipping options, and sourcing higher-quality vendors to enhance the overall customer experience.
